Just want to confirm that you have to have a paid subscription to MobileMe in order to sync contacts and calendar. So with just the trial, you can not sync either? I have seen multiple posts from people saying they have a the trial and everything is syncing perfectly. I only have the trial and have attempted to sync my contacts and calendars all week but nothing ever shows up on the http://www.me.com site. Mail syncs perfectly but, to get contacts and calendars to work, I have to pay the $100? Just want to make sure I'm not going crazy.

The 60 day trial will give you all the features. But you'll find different definitions of 'all' depending on who you talk to.

Just to confuse you even more :)

Lovely. I have no idea why my calendar and contacts won't sync. I use Outlook 2003 and followed the setup instructions perfectly. When I open the MobileMe Preferences in Control Panel, I log in and choose the Sync tab. I select either Manual or Automatically (tried both several times) and then click the check box for both Contacts and Calendars. Outlook is selected in the drop down field. I click the Sync Now button and I start seeing activity "Status: Syncing MobileMe... (Contacts). Then it cycles to (Calendar). It finishes in a few minutes. When I go to me.com both the contacts and calendar are empty. What the heck am I doing wrong?
