What's with that? Am I alone with this problem?

This week's free downloads are from Annie (some Norwegian chick) and Ryan Farish. I don't remember who last week's downloads were, but if you left your iTunes open on the music store page overnight on Monday, you would see last weeks free downloads, and if you click on them you get this "download not available in the US" message.

I've had that problem before, and it wasn't it. usually hitting home on the store cures it.

Somehow I had been converted to teh apple store-u.k. tried to pick the US store. No dice--had to sign in, and that took me back to u.k. quit and reopen itunes. No love. Had to repair permissions to solve the problem.

Happened to me on my PC as well. Some kind of server issue. Accidently put into the French store, which is what you are trying to d/l, the French free single. On the left, you will see a circle with the French flag in it that says Choose Store. Click on it, and choose the US store. I had to do this twice and log back in before it would work, but it finally took me back to the right place.
