So I could be losing my mind, but I am sure I did in fact hear/read this. A few weeks before the new ATV went on sale I read something online about Apple having some free content for the new ATV. Obviously they aren't giving away free HD movies and TV shows, but it sounded like there would be some free Standard Def TV content available, possibly ad-supported.

Then, I read a review after it came out that made a very vague reference to it having some free TV content. It also left the impression of it being ad-supported SD quality. I know I heard it, however the person reporting this may just not have known what the hell they were talking about.

Has anyone else read these vague reports?

Haven't heard anything like that. (And I stalk this site daily)

I didn't hear it here unfortunately. I just read some review awhile back. Oh well, I'm sure its not true, I just wanted to see if others had heard it.

It's new season time for TV Shows so they DO have a bunch of Pilots' for free. Right now they have:

Law and Order: Los Angeles
No Ordinary Family
My Generation
Outsourced
Raising Hope
Detroit 1-8-7
The Ev3nt
Outlaw

AND MANY OTHERS

(And they are all in HD)

Get em' before they start charging for them!
