Free web domain

is it possible to get a free domain name, and web sapce that i can upload my web site i made to??

any suggestions please

You can get it cheap, but not free.

If you want to go with .info domain name, you can find it for 99 cents these days (godaddy and others) for a first year. As for hosting, you can find some cheap and good ones (look other threads) or have some of those free webhosting services (usually ad supported) and point your domain there.
