Does anyone know if the frequent locations do not work when the phone is on Beta?

I can't see why it wouldn't but I seem to have an issue where the locations are not showing on my iPhone 7 Plus.

I have done the following

Hard reset
Reset network settings
Reset all settings
Reset location and privacy settings
Turned the feature off, reboot, turn back on, reboot.
Put in DFU and reset the phone as a new device (done on 28 Sep)

Yet my location history shows nothing. These are the settings I have below which were what I had on my iPhone 6 Plus and it worked perfectly.

However the list is empty.

Oddly I checked my iPad Mini 4 (which has not left the house) and that had my home location and work location as having 0(null) visits. They were also dated from yesterday to 1/1/1970.

I have reset the privacy and location on the iPad as wondered if it were somehow stopping my location from working. So just wondering if anyone knows if there is something that stops the feature working in 10.1?

Should I restore my phone as new on 10.0.2 and wait for the official release of 10.1?

What do you want to hear? It is always possible that some functions don't work properly on a beta. I'd highly recommend not to install beta software on your everyday device. You have a feedback app on your phone to report this issue. Just roll back to the official release.

I have this same problem with the iPhone 7 on 10.1 and an earlier iOS 10.x version on another phone. Is there any way to see the frequently locations? Or has this been removed? I am using the official release not beta.
