frequently switching of Apple ID/user on an iPad

I did a search for this question but did not see it directly addressed. Does any frequently switch Apple ID's/users on an iPad? In essence, share the iPad between two people who have different ID's? If so, I am interested in hearing if there are any problems or issues with multiple ID logins or if it works seamlessly?

I've got two accounts that I switch between regularly on an iPhone 4S and it seems to work just fine. It's a bit of a hassle, but it works. Presumably it would be the same on an iPad.

I used to have two accounts on my iPhone, one UK and one US (more & cheaper music in the US store) and I didn't have many issues, only that sometimes back with the UK account the store would still have US prices..if that makes sense?

^ So say you buy songs and apps with a first account, then switches to another account to buy more, will apps/songs from the first account still be accesible to the 2nd account?

basically two IDs can access contents of both accounts?
