Frequently Visited Sites fixed in 15.3?

Ever since iOS 15 on my iphone, I never seem to see frequently visited sites in safari. Before sites would be recommended after some time. I have cleared cache and never seen them again. The option is also on to show them. Funny as it works on my ipad. Anyway, before I clear my cache again on my iphone, I am wondering if anyone had this problem and know if it has now been resolved.
