Fresh installation 10.1. Services lost

last weekend take the time to reset my iPhone updated to 10.1 and try a clean installation and overcome some bugs that remain with old setup

Get some improves with contacts app inside phone app that usually freeze The screen and exit the app to springboard

But after all I lost some service and I can't understand why

- frequent web sites. 3 days after I still can't get any suggest in safari (and service is turning on in preferences)
- frecuente sites in maps. Before that I get a notification with a suggest of where to go (home, work and even the vacation hotel even if I don't declare it as a place of mine, app was smarter enough after few times iOS suggest as the next place to go)

Any idea of what can I do: maybe is a 10.1 bug but I feel like I lost some information by the way

The frequent locations feature takes a couple of weeks for it to begin giving you suggestions if you did a fresh install recently.

I have the same problem, the phone app often freezes when I tap a contact on the recents list. I have contacts from 3 accounts (1 x Outlook.com and 2 x Exchange). Quite annoying.

It happened on my 6s+, and now happens on my 7+ after restoring a backup.
