iPod Friend cant get her rental to work

My friend said she ordered & downloaded a rental off iTunes, but it wouldnt play. She said its says she has 23 hours left, but wont play, and has already restarted her MacBook and it still didnt work.

Contact Apple Is What I'd Do Instead Of Wasting Time Waiting For Someone To Reply On The Forum While The Time Goes Down.

go to the itunes store..click ur account in the top left
and report a purchase
select movie
and comment what happened
and itunes within 24 hours will give you a refund or redownload
