friend needs help with macbook.

My friend brought his MacBook to school. The only wireless connection found was the school's wireless so he used it. His iChat automatically logged on his dashboard and he didn't realize it. The school's computer specialist added himself to his buddy list and blocked iChat on his comp along with MySpace and other websites. How does he unblock it?
