From Address is not one of the your addresses problem

Hey, so I can't sent anything with my iCloud email with my Mac Mini. Every time, I try to, It gives me; Error, the server says ''From Address is not of the your addresses. Any help will be welcomed

P.S Every time I try to save a new email address in the email slot on iCloud, it freezes, and doesn't save even after clicking on Yes a few times; I need help with that to, Thanks :)
