Probably 100x of these reviews but I'm bored so here's my take:

I came from the AirPods 2 to the Pros a few days ago. I have 0 things bad to say about the AirPods 2 and loved them, but one of my friends wanted to buy them off me so that gave me the opportunity to upgrade for a small price.

Right off the bat, I love how secure they stay in my ear vs the OG AirPods. Im an avid biker and had an AirPod fall out a few times and had to track it down....not fun. The rubber tips kind of suction cup into your ear canal to hold them tight. Which leads me into the suction cup discussion....with the noise cancelling on I feel a sensation inside my head/ears. It feels like pressure or stuffiness. Cant explain it really. Not uncomfortable or anything...just interesting.

Sound quality is great. Onpar with the AirPods 2 and maybe a bit better, mostly due to the more secure fit im guessing.

The transparency mode works great and is fun tech. Obviously they use a mic to amplify the exterior sounds to let it pass through the AirPod Pro. Pretty cool.

Happy with my purchase. AirPods Pro > AirPods 2 in my mind .

Thanks for sharing your experiences and thoughts, appreciate it!

One remark though, please be careful with earphones of any kind while riding. On a closed track that’s probably ok, but even in nature stuff can happen.

As cyclists and bikers we are often confronted with car drivers being distracted by their smartphones hence it pays off to have all senses alert. Ride safe!

Thanks, I know it's dangerous but I usually sidewalk right and stay to the right. Im lucky to live in a city with MANY pathways away from vehicles.

thank you for sharing :) It's great to read a positive review of user experience! I've been browsing forums & keep seeing a flood of posts describing issues with AirPods Pro. It made me feel hesitant of buying one.

Would you say AirPods Pro is worth having if my only Apple device is iPad? I'm switching to iPhone+Watch this fall, but need ANC for at-home work.

If you're in the market for headphones, I say yes. The distance the Bluetooth range is impresses me. I can walk around my entire home without them disconnecting from my Mac/Phone/Etc.

It’s this “pressure” that leads me to use my AirPods 2 set around the house on a daily basis. I only use my Pro’s when I go for a run or mow the lawn now.

As you said, the pressure isn’t uncomfortable. But unlike the original design, you can’t ever forget that you’re wearing them.

I never lost a pod yet but I did lose my case once during a nature walk. Thankfully I always walk the same pattern so I just backtracked and also the case being white made it stick out like a sore thumb when I found it in the grass. I now leave the case in the car when I walk.

I still forget ? luckily I’m not overly sensitive to it, but I know people that are.
