Perhaps, but that is a big selling point for users that are going to possibly spend a few hundred dollars on a phone. I remember when I got the original iPhone there were a lot of questions about there being no games or other specific applications. With the App Store as huge as it is now, users can basically format their phone to specifically how they want to use it. This is something that can't be done with almost any other phone.

I doubt they will. It would probably produce complaints about who was included and who was not.
