I installed Developer Beta 1 and now trying to switch to Public Beta 1 with the profile installed. But I'm stuck on "Update Requested" Tried restarting and everything else. Any idea how to get through this?

Just do a complete reset.
 
Did. Still same.

Restoring back to 12 - the going on public beta on all devices
