From GM to Beta 8 or 7? Possible?

like the Thread name says, is it possible to downgrade to Beta 8 or 7 from GM? If yes, how can I get the Betas (I have a developer acc)?

Plus he wants to get previous beta. Even with dev account it is theoretically impossible as Apple only releases the latest version.
