How can I transfer all of my open tabs from an iOS Safari, to a MacOSX Safari?

That used to work for me, but doesn't anymore. All my bookmarks get transferred, but open tabs don't show anymore.
iPhone with iOS 12.6.5 and MBA with MacOS 11.7

All my 3 MacBooks, 1 Mac mini, iPad and iPhone all show the same tabs (24) at once, in order on the Tab bar.
they are in the same iCloud account and Wifi.
they are in High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina, Monterey, Ventura and iOS 16.Latest.
I have not checked my watch tho....

the advice would be give this iCloud set up a chance, I had problems several years ago when some did mot show up.

Thanks guys but don’t want to do this tab thing constantly… I just want to transfer them for once when the iPhone is packed with tabs.

You could just turn off the iCloud sync feature when you don’t want it.

The problem is that i want to add the tabs i have in my iPhone, to the ones in my laptop. Sncing will just repllace them, so that all will be like the laptops tabs... isnt that right?
