From Lightroom to Photos app frustrations

For years I'm a user off Lightroom but since my new iPhone 8 Plus I'm taking live photos and really love them. The problem now is that Lightroom still does not support the live photos and for this reason I want to move to the Photos app where this is 100% integrated and easy to edit them like on my iPhone.

Still I'm having some problems and I hope you guys know a solution!

Setup:

• I do not use the Photos library so I've unchecked it to transfer it all to the library (https://imgur.com/NaYVPXu)
• I do not use iCloud for my Photos app in my Mac (https://imgur.com/ORrxmjd)
• I've organized everything in folders by year etc in my Finder

List of problems:

• If I delete a photo it is not deleted from my folder in Finder. Can I solve this? I want to easy organize it and not delete it twice.
• How to easy "Import" everything from my existing folder to the Photos app? (https://imgur.com/DMH8XVV)
• If I add a folder to my Photos app it is not created in my Finder folders.

Any suggestions or solutions? If you guys know a alternative I would be happy to.

If you reference images in Photos, as you have by unchecking the "copy" in preferences, it works, but unlike Lr Photos will NOT delete the referenced image when you delete it from Photos. You've gotta do it manually if you want it deleted completely.

How easy to import everything from a folder? pretty easy. But you can't create or move or otherwise manipulate folders in Photos as you can in Lr. Photos will reference an image, but it just points at it; doesn't show the folder, can't delete, can't move, etc.

I'd suggest you just use Photos for the live images, and maybe consider turning on iCloud and using a managed library for those. And continue to use Lr for your other images, including using Lr to take the photos (since it can take raw photos with your iPhone; the Apple Camera app doesn't).
