ive got a bunch of 100mb or so video clips each that i want to play in front row.....but it takes them forever to load....any way to speed this up? they are avi format. would converting them to h264 make it fasteR?

Yes, Front Row is very slow. It seems like it has to load every media file every time you run it. They really need to fix the speed issue with an update or in Front Row 2.

ooookay mines slow too but i dont' think front row can even do .avi can it? i knwo mine can't, but then again it uses quicktime so i guess if you have the right codecs....

yeah it works if QT has the right codecs......i deleted the .avi suffix from the files before and it doesnt make a difference
