iPhone Frontend Camera

Hey guys,

I've the following issues with the latest Version iOS13 Beta 3 & Iphone XS Max.

When I enabling the front Camera the screen isn't show my face like in the picture.

FaceID e.g. is working perfectly.
I tried different iOS13 Beta Versions and resett the iphone several times.

any ideas?

does anyone knows if this is a bug or a hardware issue?
I haven't restore to iOS12 so far
