Frozen up when disabling Airplane Mode from Safari

Both of them happen after disable Airplane mode by launching safari. Wifi was turned on previously. It happen randomly. My iphone has compete about two charge cycle, and it happen twice.

the web site was previously opened. after disabling the airplane mode, safari start to lose respond, no scrolling no open link. still can open keyboard but no input, can do rotation. don't remember if the Home button still work. after one or two rotation the os dead completely had to reset.
I waited 2 min there to see if any thing would happen next when it frozen up first time, it just hanged there, back light won't turn off. and the phone back panel get warmer and warmer.

remember is a new phone that is why it still need some updgrades.
