Seems like all the docks for the new ipods have to be redesigned due to the new chip... plus nothing works with the ipod classics... what is the reason for this? It's certainly not for video output improvement quality... grrrrrrrrrr...

I suspect that perhaps Apple is doing this to sell more Apple TV units which will support HDTV and to prevent consumers from playing HD content on their iPods?
