Frys has brand new CD MacBooks at refurb prices

I went into frys by my house the other day, http://www.frys.com, and they had each of the old model Core Duo MacBooks for the prices listed online as refurb. IE brandnew MacBooks for 899, 999, and 1099. 899 and 999 for the 2 white models and 1099 for the highend black model. Just wanted to pass that on to my fellow macrumors readers

Wow that's pretty good. If I were ready to purchase right now, I wouldn't care $400 about having C2D in my MacBook...I'd probably go for the high end white or black from Fry's. Of course you'd have to upgrade the memory in those, and that would be an added expense.

Just wanted to point out the deal I got. I puchased a MBP 2.0ghz 128vram 512ram and 80 gig harddrive for 999. It was the demo unit at frys by my house and they were clearancing it off. Hope others out there can get just as good of a deal if not better
