How come in CPUZ (when in windows) my memory ratio shows my FSB/Memory ratio as 1:2 ?? I'm running a stock mac book pro 15". Shouldn't it all run at 1:1, wouldn't I need to down clock the memory??

DDR Memory works by doing data transfers on both the rising and the falling edges of the clock. This has similar effects as having a clock signal twice as fast. That might be the reason of your question.
