Kinda ridiculous if you ask me. Parents should pay more attention to their children when playing with these devices. I compare this to a person going to Vegas, blowing all of their spouse's money on gambling, only to have a lawyer or who-ever go after the Casino who allowed that person to gamble.

Not the same since gambling in casinos can only be done by adults.
