Since several of my mates at work are playing WOW, I decided to install it on my MBP again. However, I am not looking forward to download the latest patches at home tonight.

So now I am trying to find the complete German patch to update my installation to the latest version. It's easy enough to find the full patch for Windows, but the OS X patches seem to be well hidden - all I can find is 1.12 which I think is rather outdated.

I could download the complete patch at work (yes, we are allowed to use our - really fast - connection for private use) and save myself some time. Any help and links would be appreciated.

This is only from 2.0.12 to 2.1.0

Not sure if that's usable to you or not. Has a German version available though.

This one patches from 1.12.x to 2.0.12. Probably what you were after, and it's available in German. Then you can update again with the second link, above. That's only 2 patches.

But I still need the patch from retail to 1.12? (I mean, obviously yes, but you never know)

This is what I just did. I downloaded the new WoW 2.0.0 Client from Blizzard and The Burning Crusade. This is 2.0.0 once installed.

I then got the 2.0.0 to 2.1.0 patch. I then ran WoW and it downloaded 7MB of patches automatically to bring me upto 2.1.1 which is the latest version.

If you want to do this then here are the links for the deDE client and patch.

2.0.0 deDE Installer from Blizzard
The Burning Crusade deDE Expansion (requires a Bittorrent client, if you have purchased the burning crusade you can get an installer from your user account)
2.0.X to 2.1.0 deDE Patch
2.1.0 to 2.1.1 Patch (download via the WoW Client, it is only 7MB)

After I did it all I burnt the files to DVD for future use :). Hope this helps.
