iPod Full Screen on IPOD (5G)

Hi guys,
I'm doing conversion of movies to view on my ipod (5g). May i know what numbers to key in visual hub eg. crop top bottom/ size in px, in its advanced settings to make it full screen? (eliminating the black bars on the top and bottom of the video)
