Does this annoy anyone else? When watching a video (on YouTube, for example) and you hit the Full Screen button, it rotates so that the volume buttons are on the bottom and the power button is on top.

I adjust the volume when I'm watching and I have to pick up the phone (if it's resting upwards) to do so.

You can get around this by turning off orientation lock and rotating the phone, but I'd love for the default behavior to be this way.

Thoughts?

The youtube app is such a terrible app, I wish I could not have it installed but alas, I do like picking up where I left off from my macs.
Who decided that pausing a video meant you wanted the whole thing blacked out?
Who decided that fullscreening a video meant it HAD to rotate to horizontal, even when rotate lock is enabled?

Unfortunately the app does't have a settings menu that allows customizations :(

Agreed on all parts! Unfortunately, I find that this is iOS behavior across the board (Netflix, Fitness+, any other video I play).
