Hi I don't know if I'm being clear here.
I want to fully mount an SFTP share - in other words have the drive appear on my machine in finder as a folder, so that I don't have to keep downloading docs etc everything I want to edit.

It'd also be nice to leave the connection open too. I'm using Mountain Lion

Any advice :)

I get an error from that saying that it needs version 10.7 - all is not well with that.

There must be something that works well

Actually is there an application with a decent GUI that'll do that for you?

Yes there are applications, like Cyberduck, Forklift, Transmit.

Cyberduck needs Java installed and I think that one is free.

Having a look at Transmit, but it's the mount that's the problem, I was hoping to get something running in a Dropbox style (edit without download). Thanks for all the help much appreciated!
