It's the same jailbreak. 9.0.0-9.1 were referred to as the 9.0.2 jailbreak.

But yes you're right 9.1 was also an untethered jailbreak, though 9.1's jailbreak was made after the signing window was closed and came out of nowhere, so no one was informed like the 10.1.(.1) jailbreak.
