OS X Function Keys for Guild Wars 2

So, currently before playing Guild Wars 2, I open up the Keyboard preference and click on "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys" checkbox. And then when I exit Guild Wars 2, I unclick it... How can I make this automatic?
