Functions keys on MAC

I have VMware Fusion on my MBP 13"
I play PC games on XP through VMware

Some games I play ... I find their TRAINERS online..
To work the option in the trainers ... I have to press F1, F2, F3, F4 etc keys

In MAC those keys just do things like .... brightness, dashboard, dim the keyboard etc .............. and dont work with the game trainers ....

I want to be able to use these trainer...
How to solve this problem

OR you can hold down the fn key everytime you need a function key. That way the the birghtness etc keeps working when you need it aswell.
