One of the drives in my iMac is bad but I don't know if its the 128GB Flash Drive or the HDD. Is there a way to 100% tell for sure which one it is?

1. Boot from an EXTERNAL drive that has a copy of the Mac OS on it.
2. Open Disk Utility
3. Run DU's "repair disk" function on the SSD, and then on the HDD
4. What are the results?

It only shows one unit, I don’t see 2 seperate ones. So how can I test the 2 independently?

These are the results that I get back, even after hitting verify and repair disk. It keeps showing that invalid disk label error. So at this point, can anyone tell me what's wrong? Is my SSD bad or my HDD or both? I'm confused.

Look at the images posted above.
See "Macintosh HD" -- HIGHLIGHTED IN BLUE ??

You want to click on the "Macintosh HD" --ABOVE THIS--.
See what it says.

Looking at the images you posted, it looks like the SSD is reporting OK in Disk Utility.
