fusion on server

I see one can order "Fusion" drive on the "regular" Mini

I have a new mini "server" ...
I swapped out the 2 drives for
one 120GB SSD drive
+
one 750GB 7200RPM drive

Can I code this set up to run as a fusion drive?

Yes, there are articles out there on the Internet telling you how to set up "Fusion" on your own. But be aware that they involve command-line operations in the Terminal. So if you're comfortable with that, go for it.
