Hi all. I'm hoping someone here can give me hope. Yesterday it started with the screen as pictured. Locking the phone and unlocking again would usually get it back to normal.

Eventually through the day it started refusing to turn on, even giving the connect to iTunes screen, but then coming back up after a hard restart.

I took it in to the Apple Store who ran diagnostics and found no problems. We did a full erase and fresh start on it. The fuzziness came back 30 minutes later.

It mostly worked through the day, but now today it's totally dead. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would, but I'm an hour away. I just happened to be in the area yesterday. Anyway, I'm not confident in their abilities anymore. Plus, I'm pretty far out of warranty.

I would still see what Apple can do in person. It might be the digitizer causing the issue. Good luck.
