Fuzzy/Out of Focus Screen on new iMac?

Hello,

I purchased an iMac a few months ago (one of the stainless steel ones) and have noticed recently that the screen is not as crisp as it use to be. I can also notice that the screen shifts from left to right a tiny bit (maybe a 2 or 3 pixels) when I move my mouse from left to right.

The screen will sometimes also come in focus in certain areas depending on where the mouse is.


Has anyone out there noticed a similar problem? Know a remedy by any chance?

UPDATE!

Man...I am soooooo excited I found the fix for this. I thought I was going to have to live with a semi blurry mac for months to come... ahhhh

sounds like your zoomed in a bit, hit option+command+minus or option+command+8 to turn zooming off.

I need help!!! my screen is out of focus

I have a 2007 model and my screen is out of focus. I have tried restarting it and setting my preferences to default, but my screen is just not in the right focus.
