Hello,

I purchased an iMac a few months ago (one of the stainless steel ones) and have noticed recently that the screen is not as crisp as it use to be. I can also notice that the screen shifts from left to right a tiny bit (maybe a 2 or 3 pixels) when I move my mouse from left to right.

The screen will sometimes also come in focus in certain areas depending on where the mouse is.

Has anyone out there noticed a similar problem? Know a remedy by any chance? :D

Hi,
I seem to be having the same problem. My screen shifts up and down by a few pixels with my mouse movement. My screen will go out of focus at different spots depending on where my mouse is. You seem to have found the solution and you provided the link. Unfortunately I can't seem to get the right answer at the site that you provided. Do you still have the fix for this problem? Thanks.

sounds like your zoomed in a bit, hit option+command+minus or option+command+8 to turn zooming off.
