I think they have the best deal as shipping is free and no tax. They have the 40 gig model in stock right now.

I was waiting for them to get them back in stock and just pulled the trigger when i saw it on their site.

I picked one up last week. $214 total with tax. Looked brand spanking new and is working perfectly. Full warranty to boot!
