Hi

I've been given a G-Speed Shuttle Thunderbolt 3 RAID to edit from but it doesn't seem to work on my 2015 Macbook Pro.

I've got a 2015 MBP running Mojave. I've tried using a USB-C to USB-3 cable from the RAID into my MBP but no luck. I then found a Thunderbolt 2 to USB-C (I think, it might be Thunderbolt 3, but I don't think so) adaptor, which I plugged a Thunderbolt 2 cable running into my MBP, but still no luck. I've installed the driver for the RAID as well, but doesn't seem to make a difference.

My fear is that my MBP will not mount a Thunderbolt 3 drive via an adaptor into it's USB-3 port. Could anyone confirm this? I've tried searching Google but not much luck. I've ordered a Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 adaptor, and hopefully that will work, although it's not arriving for a couple of days.

Thanks

Jack
