g4 mac mini display problem, screen goes black

I accidentally changed the settings of my lg w2254tq monitor for an old g4 mac mini and now the screen goes black after booting up and login. I already tried resetting the pram, which didn't help. Is there any way to change back the settings to normal? Or could it be that something broke?
