From what i understand yes, when Panther actually comes out.
Before that I am not sure, I have heard that you might get a voucher or cheaper upgrade, but i don't know if that is offical gospel or just speculation.
No matter.
I will get Panther. Especially for Expose, but also the all the other nice features.

i didnt hear or see any news in this nature and it says they ship with 10.2.7 I wouldn't be surprised if they got freeo r cheaper panther but I'm not sure i would count on it either epsecially if end of the year meant november or december then you might be SOL
