Is game center not working for anyone else in the GM?

I load it and it looks like it attempts to bring up a license agreement type box, but no text loads and i just get a cancel button.

I click cancel, and i get the logon box, enter my email and password (same as i use on iphone) and it does nothing.

It works here fine. I see my ipod games, and my gamecenter friends. I got that license text window but that was not empty for me.

This is unfortunate.

Not Working

Yeah, nothing working for me either. I get the same thing the Terms and conditions try to load, but don't.

When it did that to me, i used force close on game center. When I opened and tried again it worked.

where is this Cache/Gamekit folder.
From the desktop holding down Option/Alt click on Go then go down to library. Find the folder that says Cache's and click on it. In there there should be a folder titled Game Kit. Trash that when Game Center is closed and that should do it. Let me know how it goes. That is what worked for me.

Just tried this, didn’t work. Still having the same problem as OP.

Force-closing also didn’t work, and the combination of the two.

This is definitely a bug worth reporting. I'm having the same issue with Game Center ATM on the laptop listed in my signature. It's unfortunate, but for the moment I can live without it until a patch comes.

Those of you for whom Game Center is not working might probably benefit from cleaning the /private/etc/hosts file by removing the entries that block access to Verisign. If you have such entries, some of the OS functionality will be crippled. There's no bug here, and no patch is needed. Just clean the host file (or, if you use Little Snitch, make sure you don't block Verisign).

Here's something interesting I found and I've tested this 2 times.

Game Center will not load at home. I went to my cousin's house and tried there, it loaded but I didn't accept the ToS. Went back home, went back to blank ToS screen. Went back to my cousin's and it loaded fine. What I also found was that there was a separate window that asks before for your AppleID credentials before it loaded the ToS.

Very weird.

It shows me a login screen, but then says services are unavailable when I try to get in. Can't get past that, so it isn't working for me either :/
