macOS Game creation programs

Are there any game creation programs for Macs (no Bootcamp, VMWare Fusion, Parallels Desktop, etc.)? I am especially looking for game creation programs that create 2D scrolling games in flash, shockwave, or any other. Kind of like the game http://www.nucleargames.biz/game/2332/Raid-Air-Basketball.html.

Unity is probably the best you will find on the Mac.

There's also Torque Game Builder and PTK. None of these have deployment to Flash or Shockwave, as far as I know. You can find an older (from 2006) article about Developing Games on Mac OS X Using Third-Party Game Engines here.
