Game progress across ios devices

Is there a way to have game progress show up regardless of what device I use? Say I am on level 3 on the iphone, pick up the ipad and would resume from level 3 (right now, it is like starting the game from scratch)

Depends on if the developer of the game has implemented iCloud to sync data across devices.

I believe the only game that I have that syncs progress over iCloud is Cut the Rope. I own a lot of iOS games too. It's a shame more haven't implemented it yet.
