GameRanger trouble with Age of Empires II

Whenever I try to host a game, anyone who tries to join it ends up with an error message saying 'Unable to join game.'

Anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

Maybe a router problem, you need to forward the ports. If you go to gameranger.com and then go to the help it will show you the proper ports to forward.
