happy to hear people being able to run Mac OS Mojave on their Mac pros without issues, but my question asks if games like fortnite, csgo and other big games, work on Mojave. With the depreciation of OpenGL I can only guess this causes some problems with some games that don’t have metal support. Also from what I’ve heard people can’t play fortnite on Mojave because of some system requirement bug even though it’s a metal game. I’m worried that if I update my system games won’t functuon properly and that I won’t be able to downgrade, thanks for any info.

Also FYI I have an officially metal supported GPU (rx560) so updating shouldn’t be an issue for me.

OpenGL is still working in Mojave. It is simply deprecated, meaning they have stopped development of it in MacOS.

It doesn't really matter as all major game engines have already upgraded to support Metal since High Sierra.
