Why would a game not work perfectly? There's absolutely no logic reason for the games not working.

There is a larger chance that they will run better than on a normal PC, since Apple generally delivers more reliable and higher quality hardware. Microsoft even demoed Vista on a MacBook Pro.

I installed Age of Empires 3, turned all the settings to their highest and tried out one of the test scenarios. It looked fantastic and performance was excellent.

There is no reason why any other game should not perform in the same way. Underneath, Intel-based Macs are practically the same as a run of the mill Windows PC - same CPUs, same graphics cards, etc, etc, etc.

Except with a freaking awesome look on the outside! No PC Looks as good as my iMac. And that is pretty much everything i look for in a comp...the aesthetics. Ahh well guess when you paint for a living it kinda rubs on ya.

Ive gotten the ElderScrolls IV Oblivion to work on mine. Its wonderful.

Anybody tried the old star wars lego (the one on episods 1,2,3)? It is supposed to only work with G4 and G5. I am wondering if it works on an intel Mac.

edit 1: oops! Sorry, I just saw that the thread was for Windows on mac exclusively.

edit 2: I read on another thread that it works fine.

I have one that doesn't work properly in Boot Camp: Desperados 2. The ingame speech is all sped up and high pitched! I'm guessing it's a driver issue, hopefully it will be sorted soon

I haven't had a chance to use Boot Camp, and I understand why it would work. I figured since it was beta it had some bugs when running particular games.

Boot Camp may be a beta, but it has nothing to do with how well Windows runs. It's all about the drivers.
