Like I said in another similar thread, I'd love to see other old-school games like GAUNTLET, GAUNTLET 2, GAUNTLET: LEGENDS, GAUNTLET: DARK LEGACY (and I mean emulations of the original arcade versions -- MAME app anyone?).

I also loved the SPACE HULK PC game by EA and the sequel for Windows 95 SPACE HULK: VENGEANCE OF THE BLOOD ANGELS.

Hell, let's throw in BALDUR'S GATE PC version and SILENT HILL.

I think they should make an iPhone game where you put it on your elbow and try to catch it. Using the accelerometer it could tell how many times in a row you did it successfully. Like this but with the iPhone instead of coins.

Already been done by the original developer. Apple rejected it - drugs are bad, mmmkay? But the developer re-submitted it as Candy Wars. Same game, but with candy instead of dope.
