Ok, I am just slightly curious, do games that run on windows and mac, such as Call of Duty 4, which would run better, the game on my osx partition, or the windows version on my windows partition?

Or would it be just the same?

There are about a gazillion threads on pretty much the same topic. As people have said, windows is generally better for games; publishers, graphics companies (i.e. ATi and NVidia) both focus most of their energy on Windows because of its market share.

windows under bootcamp will always be better than windows under Parallels.

While this is 100% true, I don't think that's what he was asking. I think what he meant is would the same game made for both platforms run better under Windows or OS X. But even so, Windows would still most likely be a better choice.

That said, I always ran WoW in OS X. Just a personal preference. I'd trust Blizzard's coding more than any other Mac developer.

Yeah that's exactly what I meant, I already know windows is known for being better, I was just curious on performance of games that are made for Mac compared to the same games on the Windows platform.
