i'm impressed that it can even handle this, what kind of FPS are you getting at what settings?
you by chance didn't revert back to the old openGL engine in wow for better fps?
I also run WoW on my 11" 1.6, works like a charm. I'm getting about 70-80 degrees while gaming. No idea about fan rpm, I think they're alternating between max and "not quite max" since you can hear it go up/down sometimes.
About the fps, at quite low settings (high view distance, mid to low on most stuff, sunshafts, shadows and water on lowest since they suck a ton of cpu power) I get 20-25 fps in crowded cities, 30-50 in dungeons with lots going on, and in the 50-100 range while questing or doing other low-demanding things. Tooks some fiddling though, the above mentioned things should be low/off, and for example running fullscreen instead of windows gives 10-15 fps boost.
