I want to play Super Meat Boy on my mac but the buttons on my ps3 controller are really awkward for some reason. I don't have an xbox so I haven't tried one of those controllers. Is there a way to remap the buttons of my controller for this game? i heard there was a application called ControllerMate but it seems difficult to understand. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Controller Mate will take some learning, and to map things effectively the free version won't cut it, and it can still be pretty fiddly to program

ps3 controller

I use Gamepad Companion to use my PS3 controller and it works fantastically. You can decide what button does what and you can use every button the controller has. The mapping is really nice, and smooth controls. I use it to play my NES/GB emulators.

Thanks gamepad companion works great and crazy easy to set up. great suggestion!

does gamepad companion let me use my ps3 remote for every game?

Yep. It basically is programming the controller to do keyboard and mouse functions and can do that for anything.

You can make profiles and set it up for certain things.

This makes it easy to just switch profile for that game.
