Can these specs handle bf4 at decent quality. I'm looking at a new computer and I'm not sure.

Intel i7 quad core 3770 3.5 GHZ
Nvidea GRX 650 with 1 GB RAM
8 Gb RAM

I'm outputting to a hd tv with HDMI. I think it's 42". It has both osx and windows on it. Thanks

BF4 is a monster, you will need a better card at 1080p. Gtx 680's mostly in this place which will run it fine. 2gb 650ti boost perhaps will do the trick.

Beware of the bugs - the game is a bsod breeder!

It depends on what you mean by decent. I'd say the video card is a little bit light, and I'd try to step that up a bit if you can. Everything else is fine.

My sons 650ti hasn't quite got the max horsepower for black ops 2 at 1080p so I can imagine what bf4 will be like lol. He's been downgraded to a 1360x768 sony tv and it runs everything maxed out!

My 3,1 handles BF4 at High settings on a Xeon E5362 and a GTX 660 at 1080p, I would think you're probably about that range. I have slightly more graphics performance, but not quite as much single core power for running the game. I would expect to run the game well at high settings with that hardware. Make sure your drivers are up to date, and for sure beware of BSoD. Skyrim still destroys my system because of bad NVIDIA drivers.
